Richmount Sparkling Elderflower

David and Martina Burns took a leap of faith at their kitchen table in the January of 2013 when they planted 920 elder saplings on their land in Co. Longford. Their goal? To produce small batches of award-winning Irish elderflower cordial, free from concentrate, artificial sweeteners, flavourings and sulphites. In 2017, they planted a further 1,200 saplings, and all trees are sustainably managed.

Deliciously floral and refreshing, this Irish artisan product is a must-have for every Irish kitchen larder. Best garnished with homegrown mint, citrus slices and Irish berries.
